Seminars
- Why immune state matters: How prior therapy, disease biology, and immune competence influence the magnitude, quality, and durability of responses to personalized mRNA cancer vaccines
- Building the operating system: An end-to-end clinical and computational platform integrating patient identification, sequencing, vaccine design, manufacturing, regulatory execution, immune monitoring, and longitudinal clinical follow-up
- Learning from every patient: Using standardized, longitudinal clinical and immunologic data to continuously improve antigen selection, vaccine design, treatment strategies, and future personalized mRNA cancer vaccines
