Dr. Jose Olucha is a Staff Product Manager at Twist Bioscience, leading strategy and innovation within the Synthetic Biology portfolio. He earned his PhD in Biochemistry and Biophysics from the University of Kansas, where he studied enzymology and enzyme dynamics through quantum molecular modeling, and completed postdoctoral research in chemical proteomics at Scripps Research under Dr. Benjamin Cravatt, supported by a Ruth L. Kirschstein NIH fellowship. With over five years at Twist, including three in product management, Jose focuses on advancing the field of nucleotide therapeutics by integrating customer insight, software, and product design to deliver impactful solutions for researchers and biotech innovators worldwide.
