Seminars
Reducing vein-to-vaccine timelines and achieving sustainable cost of goods requires more than operational optimization alone. This workshop will explore where speed and cost are truly won or lost across development, manufacturing, testing, and supply chain strategy, and what it takes to build commercially scalable personalized cancer vaccine programs.
Join this workshop to:
- Identify which platform-level design choices (formulation complexity, cold-chain dependency, antigen design/selection speed) set the real ceiling on vein-to-vaccine timelines, independent of downstream process optimization
- Explore how advances in antigen design and selection are compressing design-to batch-release timelines across different technology approaches
- Optimize analytical and assay strategies to enable rapid batch release while maintaining product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Benchmark COGS drivers across personalized cancer vaccine technologies to identify where sustainable commercial economics are actually won or lost
